BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

• Do apply olive oil ear drops or spray TWO to THREE times a day for at least FIVE days prior to the appointment.  DO NOT USE ANYTHING CONTAINING UREA HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

• Notify Peter if you have any new cough and cold symptoms or feel generally unwell

• Notify Peter before if you have had ear infections in recent months or recent or past ear surgery (perforations, grommets in-situ)

• Ensure you can make payment at the appointment time by cash or card payment
